U ltrasound imaging uses gentle, high-frequency sound waves to capture real-time motion and soft-tissue detail without ionizing radiation. Because it carries zero radiation risk, it is a safe and versatile diagnostic tool for evaluating abdominal organs, pelvic health, vascular flow, and superficial soft tissues across all patient age groups.

Our diagnostic sonography services provide non-invasive, dynamic evaluations that examine tissue elasticity, organ borders, and circulatory hemodynamics in real time. Guided by experienced, certified sonographers, every scan offers your clinical care team dependable anatomical insights without physical discomfort or ionizing radiation exposure.

Ultrasound Types & Specific Preparation

  • Abdominal Ultrasound (Liver, Gallbladder, Pancreas, Kidneys): Requires strict fasting for 6 to 8 hours prior to the scan (water only) to prevent gallbladder contraction and disperse overlying bowel gas.

  • Vascular Doppler (Carotid, DVT & Venous Flow): Evaluates blood circulation, arterial blockages, and suspected blood clots. No dietary restrictions.

  • Thyroid, Scrotal & Musculoskeletal (MSK): Evaluates thyroid nodules, tendon tears, and superficial masses. No advance preparation required.
