M agnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) uses powerful magnetic fields and radio waves—completely free of ionizing radiation—to generate high-contrast images of soft tissues, the central nervous system, joints, and vascular architecture. It is one of medicine’s most precise non-invasive diagnostic tools for assessing complex symptoms.
Designed to prioritize patient reassurance and clinical excellence, our MRI suites feature ambient lighting, wider gantry openings, and continuous two-way communication to ease procedural anxiety. Each specialized sequence is calibrated to reveal subtle pathological changes across joints, deep soft tissues, and neural pathways with exceptional diagnostic fidelity.
Specialized MRI Modalities
Neurological & Spine: Identifies brain tumors, stroke evidence, migraines, herniated discs, and nerve root pinching.
Musculoskeletal: Detailed evaluation of soft-tissue injuries, torn ligaments, meniscus damage, and joint cartilage.
MRA & MRV Angiography: Specialized vascular sequencing to examine blood vessel patency, aneurysms, and venous thrombosis.
Dedicated Breast MRI: High-detail supplemental evaluation for dense breast tissue and silicone implant integrity.
Safety Screening & Exam Preparation
Non-contrast scans: No fasting required.
Contrast scans (Gadolinium): Fast for 3 to 4 hours prior; blood work (BUN/Creatinine) required for patients 60+ or with kidney history.
Metal screening: Inform staff of pacemakers, metal clips, cochlear implants, or surgical hardware.
Claustrophobia & Comfort: Our imaging suites provide constant intercom communication and wide-bore architecture to keep you comfortable during the 30- to 45-minute scan.
